@ayleenr: Que bien! Sabroso entrenar en la playa 😄 el sábado realicé varios ejercicios de pierna y glúteos al final de la tarde ya cuando el sol se escondía. Felicidades, te vez diferente en la playa 😊 pero cuando te escucho digo ese es Omarcito 😄 siempre con la misma energía y entusiasmo para hacer deporte.

@esalcedo: Nunca he entrenado en la playa directamente pero si enfrente de ella. Aquí en la Guaira hay una zona que se llama la llanada, y justo en la vía quedan unas barras en las cuales he entrenado en varias ocasiones, es una experiencia única. Saludos hermano buen video.

Comenzando a ver tu video me motive a realizar parte de lo que muestras y papá, estoy totalmente fuera de forma. En una que hice sentadillas me quede abajo, no podía subir ya le estaba gritando a la mujer que buscara un cilindro de oxígeno. Ahora falta saber cómo serán los dolores mañana. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
