Fondos= 4/10reps.
Fondos en barras= 4/10reps.
Flexiones arqueras= 4/5reps en cada brazo.
Flexiones a una mano= 4/5reps
Flexiones explosivas= 4/10reps Dips = 4/10reps.
Bardips= 4/10reps.
Archery push-ups = 4/5reps on each arm.
One-handed push-ups = 4/5reps
