    Un saludo nuevamente a cada miembro de nuestro querido ecosistema #Hive y Street Workout Community, soy @vroxsser-black y en el d铆a hoy les compartir茅 una rutina que se me ocurri贸 luego de venir trotando del Consejo - Municipio Revenga para hacer un peque帽o cambio de ambiente, en los cuales llegu茅 a un parque ubicado en el Centro de la Ciudad de la Victoria Municipio Ribas, edo Aragua, un lugar donde gracias a las remodelaciones y cuidados de la alcald铆a y personas que visitan las instalaciones, se ha vuelto un c贸modo, pulcro y sobre todo un incre铆ble espacio para la Relajaci贸n, Diversi贸n y por supuesto el entrenamiento personal. Sin m谩s que decir aqu铆 les dejo el Post de la rutina.

    #1 Comenzaremos trabajando con un m茅todo conocido como ejercicios biserie (osea combinaci贸n de 2 o m谩s ejercicios), en el cual empezaremos con 5 Reps Muscle Ups seguidamente de 15 Reps Pull Ups con agarre neutro (3-4 series). Explicaci贸n: La idea de trabajar ambos ejercicios con este m茅todo es que se aumentara de manera moderada la resistencia y la fuerza de los brazos, espalda y tr铆ceps, gracias al poco tiempo de recuperaci贸n que tendr谩 entre cada ejercicio.
    #1 We will start working with a method known as biserie exercises (i.e. combination of 2 or more exercises), in which we will start with 5 Muscle Ups followed by 15 Reps Pull Ups with neutral grip (3-4 sets). Explanation: The idea of working both exercises with this method is that it will moderately increase the resistance and strength of the arms, back and triceps, thanks to the short recovery time you will have between each exercise.

    #2 Como segundo ejercicios realizaremos 20 Reps las Flexiones declinadas con Velocidad moderada (3-4 series). Explicaci贸n:La idea de trabajar ambos ejercicios con este m茅todo es que se aumentara de manera moderada la resistencia y la fuerza de los brazos, espalda y tr铆ceps, gracias al poco tiempo de recuperaci贸n que tendr谩 entre cada ejercicio.
    #2 As a second exercise we will perform 20 Reps of the Decline Push-Ups with moderate speed (3-4 sets). Explanation: We place ourselves in the push-up position with the difference that our feet will be placed on a surface a little higher off the ground, thus being in a diagonal position, this variation of the push-up is much more difficult because the weight and strength will fall more heavily on our shoulders and chest.

    #3 Para el siguiente ejercicio tenemos los Chin Ups ejecutaremos de 8-10 Reps (3-4 series). Explicaci贸n: Excelente ejercicio para fortalecer a un m谩s la Espalda y los biceps, mediante la contracciones musculares conc茅ntricas (contraer el m煤sculo al centro del cuerpo) y las contracciones exc茅ntricas( cuando se extiende el m煤sculos).
    #3 For the next exercise we have the Chin Ups we will perform 8-10 Reps (3-4 sets). Explanation: Excellent exercise to further strengthen the back and biceps, through concentric muscle contractions (contracting the muscle to the center of the body) and eccentric contractions (when the muscle is extended).

    #4 Por 煤ltimo Ejercicio tenemos las Elevaciones en "V-Sit" o "V-Raises" en la barra Fija 15 Reps (3-4 series). Explicaci贸n: Para este ejercicio la persona colgando de la barra de flexionar sus rodillas y subir las piernas hasta tocar la barra con los pies. En este ejercicio fortaleceremos adem谩s del abdomen los m煤sculos de gl煤teos e isquiotibiales.
    #4 Last exercise is the "V-Sit" or "V-Raises" Lifts on the Fixed bar 15 Reps (3-4 sets).Explanation:For this exercise the person hanging from the bar should bend their knees and raise their legs until they touch the bar with their feet. In this exercise we will strengthen not only the abdomen but also the gluteal and hamstring muscles.
