    Un Gran Saludos como siempre a cada miembro de la comunidad de #HIVE y Street Workout Community, Está semana he tenido algunos contratiempos personales e hizo que mi semana de entrenamiento planteados haya sido muy irregulares. De igual forma como todo atleta de la calistenia, apasionado y comprometido que soy, hoy vengo a compartirles una Rutina conformada solamente de dos ejercicios muy comunes en la Calistenia como lo son los tradicionales "Fondos en paralelas" y "Flexiones de Pecho".
    Great Greetings as always to each member of the #HIVE and Street Workout Community, This week I have had some personal setbacks and made my training week has been very irregular. Likewise, as every calisthenics athlete, passionate and committed that I am, today I come to share with you a routine made up of only two very common exercises in Calisthenics such as the traditional “Parallel Wall Lunges” and “Chest Pushups”.

    Con Esta Rutina a pesar de componer solo 2 ejercicios fue empleado un método que hará llevarlo de ser una rutina para principiantes a una rutina intermedio, utilizando un sistema conocido como “el Sistema Piramidal” lo cual se empleara de manera ascendente y descendente consecutivamente.
    With this routine, in spite of being composed of only 2 exercises, a method was used that will take it from being a routine for beginners to an intermediate routine, using a system known as “the Pyramid System” which will be used in an ascending and descending consecutively

    -Fondos 40 -Flexiones 10 -Fondos 30 -Flexiones 20 -Fondos 20 -Flexiones 30 -Fondos 10 -Flexiones 40 Descanso 10s entre ejercicio 2 min entre Series "Reto 2 Sep de la rutina".
    -Bottoms 40 -Flexions 10 -Bottoms 30 -Flexions 20 -Bottoms 20 -Flexions 30 -Bottoms 10 -Flexions 40 Rest 10s between exercises 2 min between sets "Challenge 2 Sep of Routine".

    Con estos seps de ejercicios nuestros grupos musculares como Pecho (Pectoral), Hombros (Deltoide Anterior), Brazos (Tríceps Braquiales), aumentarán de manera considerable nuestras fuerzas y masa muscular, y a su vez incrementará nuestra resistencia debido a los pocos momentos de descanso del entrenamiento intensivo a realizar.
    With these seps of exercises our muscle groups such as Chest (Pectoral), Shoulders (Anterior Deltoid), Arms (Triceps Brachii), will considerably increase our strength and muscle mass, and in turn will increase our resistance due to the few moments of rest of the intensive training to be performed.
