El primer ejercicio se trata de las dominadas en agarre supino, este ejercicio es muy bueno para agarrar fuerza en los biceps y mejorar la resistencia en el jale.
El segundo ejercicio se centra mayormente en los biceps y parte de la espalda, y es bueno para agarrar fuerza y mejorar el esfuerzo físico y el jale.
El tercer ejercicio se trata de las dominadas neutrales, este ejercicio es bueno a la hora que queramos realizar un ejercicio más difícil como lo es el muscle ups en paralelas, es muy bueno para la resistencia y la fuerza.
El cuarto y último ejercicio se trata de las australians pull ups, este ejercio se basa mayormente en los biceps y las dorsales, este movimiento nos dará la fuerza y el autocontrol de nuestro cuerpo corporal, y nos ayuda mucho a la resistencia y el enfoque físico.
