Hola, ¿qué tal un cordial saludos amigos #hivers y de Street Workout Conmmunity? Hoy traigo para ustedes un entrenamiento de descarga enfocado en los básicos para fortalecer las articulaciones y áreas musculares que utilizamos a menudo en este deporte. Sin más preámbulo vamos por los ejercicios.
Hello, how about a warm greeting #hivers and Street Workout Conmmunity friends? Today I bring for you an unloading workout focused on the basics to strengthen the joints and muscle areas that we often use in this sport. Without further ado let's go through the exercises.
The exercises I performed were pull-ups, dips, and push-ups in which I focused on performing 12-15 sets with a maximum of 8-10 repetitions per exercise, looking for a strength workout for which the main objective was to perform a workout where I could feel comfortable without loading my joints.
