Bienvenidos atletas de Full Deportes, espero se encuentren de maravilla porque vengo con la 4ta rutina de abdomen, pero esta vez necesitaremos un poco de fuerza en los brazos y lograr aguantar por al menos 1 min. Estaremos realizando solo abdominales para enfocar la parte baja del abdomen y lateral, así que toma en cuenta que será un sufrimiento de rato, pero que tendrá buenos frutos, ya lo verán.
