Sean bienvenidos a un nuevo contenido, dónde vamos a realizar un entrenamiento con enfoque al torso y brazos. Cada ejercicio realizado lo trabajaremos en circuito sin detenernos, por ende recomiendo un buen calentamiento ya que será bastante fuerte.
Welcome to a new content, where we are going to perform a workout focusing on the torso and arms. Each exercise will be done in a circuit without stopping, therefore I recommend a good warm up as it will be quite strong.
Como podrán ver en las fotos tendremos solamente 5 ejercicios de distintos modos para darle enfoque y activación al hombro, trapecio y tríceps. Es uno de los ejercicio que me gusta combinar siempre con algo de calistenia para un enfoque mayor. Más adelante les compartiré uno combinado tipo fullbody para que mejoren en fuerza propio y rendimiento... Hasta la próxima!
As you can see in the pictures we will have only 5 exercises in different modes to give focus and activation to the shoulder, trapezius and triceps. This is one of the exercises that I always like to combine with some calisthenics for a greater focus. Later on I will share with you a combined fullbody exercise to improve your own strength and performance.... See you next time!
