El dรญa de hoy les traigo esta mini rutina de cardio, trabajaremos de manera intensa nuestro cuerpo en tan sรณlo 1 min, realizaremos cada ejercicio con plazo de 20seg โฑ de cada movimiento y 2min โฑ de descanso y volvemos a realizar el set.     Cabe resaltar que por mรกs corto que sean estos ejercicios si lo que queremos es trabajar intensidad en nuestro cuerpo y estamos empezando, les recomiendo empezar por algo suave para no llegar a un desgaste total donde puede perjudicarlos como atletas.
