    Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren super bien. Hoy quiero compartirles mi Rutina actual de calistenia, es una rutina que me ha estado funcionando muy bien, ya que quiero aprender a dominar mi peso corporal y lograr hacer algunos trucos de calistenia.

    Sé que el camino es largo, pero he logrado avanzar muchísimo, porque antes no me salía ni una dominadas y ningún fondo. Igual sigo entrenando los ejercicios (dominadas, fondos y flexiones) y sus respectivas progresiones.

    Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great. Today I want to share with you my current calisthenics routine, it is a routine that has been working very well for me, because I want to learn to master my body weight and do some calisthenics tricks.

    I know it's a long road, but I've managed to make a lot of progress, because before I couldn't do a single pull-up or a single pull-down. I'm still training the exercises (pull-ups, dips and push-ups) and their respective progressions.
