Today we are going to do an abs workout that is a Part 2 of 3 total parts!
In today's workout we are going to train the upper abs, and the 3 day split are as follow:
Day 1: Lower Abs
Day 2: Upper Abs (today)
Day 3: Full abs + Obliques
We will try to hit the upper abs with every single exercise!
The workout consists in 30 seconds work + 15 seconds rest, and it's a follow along workout!
Just play the video and start working out with me! I bet you can do it, but if it's too hard for you, don't worry, you will do it next time! Fow now, just pause the video and take a little bit extra time if you need it!
