    Hola a la Comunidad de @fulldeportes . Soy Profe Shimo, y en este video les presento a mi pareja, Jésica, a quien desafié en realizar un Entrenamiento FullBody para que hagamos juntos.

    Suele suceder muchas veces que estamos cansados de repetir entrenamientos durante la semana constantemente y puede que perdamos un poco las ganas de seguir.

    Es por eso que a veces es conveniente NO seguir con la rutina personal para cambiar radicalmente el entrenamiento. Y hay varias formas re realizarlo. En este caso como ella está de vacaciones, le dije de entrenar juntos. Si bien ella no entrena mucho como yo, ella dijo necesitar hacer actividad física y vimos la oportunidad.

    No es la primera vez que entrenamos juntos, pero siempre es mas divertido porque compartimos el sufrimiento 🤣.
    A parte de que nos motivamos mutuamente y podemos lograr mejores resultados.🏋

    Le resulta raro la cámara y entrenar a la vez, así que se muestra un poco tímida en el video.

    🤹‍♀MÉTODO DE ENTRENAMIENTO 🤹‍♂

    100 REPETICIONES DE CADA EJERCICIO

    Divididos en series de:

    • 1 de 100
    • 2 de 50
    • 4 de 25
    • 5 de 20
    • 10 de 10

    En el menor tiempo posible y realizando las pausas necesarias.
    En nuestro caso hicimos 5 Vueltas de 20 Repeticiones.

    💪EJERCICIOS💪

    • SENTADILLAS (con o sin peso)
    • CURL DE BICEPS (con barra o mancuerna)
    • ABDOMINALES BOLITA (con pies apoyados o en el aire)
    • ESTOCADAS (con saltos o con peso)
    • FLEXIONES DE BRAZOS (normales o rodillas apoyadas)
    • ESCALADORES

    Es importante saber que cada persona maneja cargas y ritmos distintos, es por ello que los ejercicios tienen en mismo patrón de movimiento pero son variantes que pueden hacer en sus casas.
