Trabajando Ando y Con Orgullo. Una de las cosas que jamás pensé cuando inicié en Hive fue estar en la calle, promocionando y formando a nuevos Hivers. Gracias a que poco a poco con constancia y dedicación, las puertas se fueron abriendo y las oportunidades no dejaron de llegar. Una de ellas era la de cumplir un sueño de estar inmerso de lleno en una comunidad y ha sucedido, porque ser moderador de una no solo es estar allí viendo post y dando el visto el bueno, sino que con ello le damos mucho valor al ecosistema tanto dentro como fuera de él.

Una de las cosas que quiero dejar claro a todas aquellas personas que alegan, que en primera instancia hay que instruir y formar al universo de nuevos Hivers para luego pasar al plano de la criptoadopcion, están muy equivocados porque ambos elementos indiscutiblemente van de la mano. De que sirve dar a conocer el ecosistema en todo su esplendor, el poder que tiene su billetera y cuando los Hivers reciben sus incentivos, no hay ningún comercio donde realizar sus intercambios de bienes necesarios, por lo que se ven obligados a recurrir a las exchange para realizar cambios por otras monedas y así realizar sus compras, yo era una de esas personas y ya estaba inmerso en Hive, pero no había nadie que tomara la iniciativa para pasar al siguiente nivel.

One of the things I want to make clear to all those people who claim that in the first instance we must instruct and train the universe of new Hivers and then move to the level of crypto-adoption, they are very wrong because both elements indisputably go hand in hand. What is the use of making known the ecosystem in all its splendor, the power that your wallet has and when the Hivers receive their incentives, there is no trade where to make their exchanges of necessary goods, so they are forced to resort to the exchange to make exchanges for other currencies and thus make their purchases, I was one of those people and was already immersed in Hive, but there was no one to take the initiative to move to the next level.

En tal sentido, aquí está @hivesucre, quien con un equipo idóneo ha demostrado que si se puede instruir y formar, a la par que se captan negocios para que nuestro ecosistema siga elevándose a niveles superiores. Es un total orgullo para nosotros estar en la calle, porque creo que es así donde se da a conocer de mejor forma a hive y todo los beneficios que este ecosistema conlleva. Esta estrategia de hablar frente a frente genera más confianza y las personas pueden ingresar a este sistema mucho más rápido, que no ha sido facil es verdad, porque hay personas que han dicho que no, sin embargo, esas personas que se han negado, luego han visto que dejaron pasar una oportunidad y de inmediato nos llaman.

Otros se sienten felices con nuestra palabra que de inmediato dicen que sí y con mucho orgullo se colocan las gorras y franelas de Hive, y lo más importante es que inician sus labores con la indumentaria puesta. Más orgullo y emoción nos da, cuando con una sonrisa pegan los stickers que dicen que se acepta #HBD. No por nada son 46 negocios afiliados y eso no ha parado el ritmo de continuar con la formación de Hive a los nuevos usuarios. Entonces a los que se niegan a aceptar que ambas cosas van de la mano, los invito a revisarse y a darse cuenta que ésta es la estrategia que ha funcionado.

We are even more proud and excited when with a smile they stick the stickers that say that #HBD is accepted. It is not for nothing that there are 46 affiliated businesses and that has not stopped the rhythm of continuing with the training of new Hive users. So to those who refuse to accept that both things go hand in hand, I invite them to check themselves and realize that this is the strategy that has worked.

Lo cierto es que seguiremos pateando la calle por qué serán más los que ingresarán a esta nueva alternativa y tengan por seguro que es así, porque la lista de espera es grande, y así como habrán más locales afiliados, también habrán más Hivers que se estarán activando para recurrir a estos locales para cubrir las necesidades a la cual tengan que cubrir. Cuando algo funciona siempre habrán quienes no estén de acuerdo, pero al final no tendrán más remedio que aceptar que el camino que ellos llevan es el equivocado.
