Vamos.
Bridge Variant. Certainly, working in the bridge position generates tension in the abdominal area, buttocks and legs. However, with the variants that we propose, we will have an integral action; of course, the abdomen will have emphasis in the action. Without leaving aside the arms, since they are also a primary support, they will also have the opportunity to strengthen and develop. Do not miss this entry, which is really very entertaining. Let's go.
Warm-up Phase Let's go all out to perform the routine, starting with the mandatory warm-ups. This phase is unavoidable and we execute the warm-up 1, side dives. We go with warm-up 2, jumping body twist.
Each warm-up movement is executed for 3 minutes. It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet active for the strong action, you should warm up a little more. Don't forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during the action.
Work Stations
Once we check that the body is fit for strong action, we go with the core movements. Active.
Station 1, Bridge with 360 twist, plus opposite foot touch. With the 360° body twisting action, we get all the muscles in the body working. Now, applying the foot touch variant, the arms, legs, glutes and oblique abdominals will have a superior action. We go with 20 repetitions in 4 sets.
Station 2, triceps bottoms, plus twist and floor touch. Strengthening action at the arm level, with emphasis on the triceps. Oblique abdominal area is strengthened and tension is maintained in the lower region. Power, control and balance. We leave with 20 repetitions in 4 sets.
Station 3, bridge with knee extension. In this Exercise, although the legs are kept in tension, as well as the abdomen; the arms are kept super active, since at no time the buttocks touch the floor, so the arms support the body weight. We go with 20 repetitions in 4 sets.
At the culmination of the strong action, it's time for the relaxation, alternating hip rotation. Thank you for liking our @threespeak channel. Remember to take quality breaks, hydrate and eat healthy. See you next time.
