[Spa-Eng] Dance therapy in honor of Women's Day

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, hace tres semanas me inscribí en bailoterapia, nos reunimos de lunes a viernes en el Centro de Convenciones de mi Cuidad y pasamos aproximadamente hora y media realizando está actividad.

Me gusta el buen animo y energía de estas chicas, tanto la instructora con las demás están pendiente de que las nuevas como yo hagamos los ejercicios de forma adecuada y entre todas nos damos animos de seguir adelante hasta terminar la rutina.

Las clases son muy dinámicas y todos los días las músicas y los bailes son diferentes. El día de ayer fuimos invitadas a un evento en la plaza bolivar, en dónde habían muchas mujeres en espera de la bailoterapia, la instructora y nosotras nos colocamos al frente en una pequeña tarima y empezamos a dirigir al resto de las mujeres.

Fue una actividad muy entretenida, desestresante y liberadora ya que hacer ejercicios al aire libre renovaron las fuerzas de todas las presentaciones. Aunque soy nueva en el equipo trate de seguir los pasos y sobre todo me enfoque en disfrutar de esta bailoterapia.

I like the good mood and energy of these girls, both the instructor and the others are aware that the new ones like me do the exercises properly and between all of us we encourage each other to keep going until we finish the routine.

The classes are very dynamic and every day the music and dances are different. Yesterday we were invited to an event in the Bolivar square, where there were many women waiting for the dance therapy, the instructor and we placed ourselves at the front on a small platform and began to direct the rest of the women.

It was a very entertaining, de-stressing and liberating activity since doing exercises outdoors renewed the strength of all the presentations. Although I am new to the team I tried to follow the steps and above all I focused on enjoying this dance therapy.
