Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz casi inicio de fin de semana!! Espero que todo marche genial para ustedes, por aca "mejorando" los enfermos, y yo? Bueno pidiendole a Dios que me llene de paciencia 😂 pero bueno eso es para otro post!! Yo mientras tanto sigo activa, el ejercicio siempre sumará cosas positivas asi que no hay porque parar 💪
Hoy les comparto esta rutina super poderosa que puedes hacer con solo una mancuerna, en caso de no tener mancuerna, puedes usar un bolso con libros, o algo que le sume mas peso, asi haremos la rutina un poco mas intensa!!
Vamos a hacer 4 series en total, a lo largo del video en cada ejercicio les comparto el numero de repeticiones, espero que se animen a hacerla, porque sin duda les hará sentir cada parte del cuerpo trabajando💪💪 mientras tanto me despido hasta el próximo video🥳

Well asking God to fill me with patience 😂 but well that's for another post!!!! I meanwhile I'm still active, exercise will always add positive things so there's no reason to stop 💪.
Today I share with you this super powerful routine that you can do with just a dumbbell, in case you don't have a dumbbell, you can use a bag with books, or something that will add more weight, so we will make the routine a little more intense!!!
We will do 4 sets in total, throughout the video in each exercise I share with you the number of repetitions, I hope you are encouraged to do it, because no doubt it will make you feel every part of the body working💪💪 meanwhile I say goodbye until the next video🥳.
