    Hola amigos espero que se encuentren bien, yo como siempre les traigo una rutina extrema para trabajar las piernas y como siempre de una forma muy pr谩ctica que cualquier persona, sin importar si eres una persona principiante o si eres alguien que ya tiene experiencia, la parte que siempre debe enfocar a tu entrenamiento, es el ir progresando en cada entrenamiento, ya que entrenar lo mismo s贸lo te va a mantener en el mismo lugar donde est谩s 馃憡馃敟

    Son dos ejercicios combinados realizar para trabajar con full intensidad, independientemente de si estas en modo b谩sico o ya avanzado, la tensi贸n en el m煤sculo debe existir, con Sancadas Traseras y sentadillas, son 5 repeticiones seguidas y luego de hacerlas tomarte 30 segundos de descanso para seguir hasta completar las 20 rondas, as铆 lo hagas en modo b谩sico o avanzado y puedes combinarlos con 10 rondas en modo b谩sico y 10 rondas en modo avanzado hasta hacer tus 100 repeticiones
