Feliz jueves amigos espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy más que una rutina como tal les quiero hablar del ejemplo que damos los padres siempre, muchas veces sin darnos cuenta a nuestros hijos, desde mi experiencia como padre de un niño de 4 años que ha aprendido como entrenar jugando, lo cuál me tiene muy contento y eso obviamente lo agradezco infinitamente 😃

Happy Thursday friends I hope you are very well, today more than a routine as such I want to talk about the example that we parents always give, often without realizing it to our children, from my experience as a parent of a 4 year old boy who has learned how to train playing, which makes me very happy and that obviously I am infinitely grateful 😃

Desde que mi hijo nació me puse la tarea de ser un padre presente, pero activo jugando con el, hablando del tema energía porque les cuento que la energía con la que vienen estos niños es como si descubrieron la forma de plasmar la potencia de una bomba nuclear dentro de un ser que quiere jugar contigo 24 horas al día pero no solo jugar dibujando sino correr y saltar, así que lo tomé como una ventaja ya que el nos veía a su mamá y a mi entrenar desde pequeñito y aprendió viendo, sólo como ellos saben😁

Muchas personas se sorprenden cuando lo ven haciendo Burpees de forma tan simple y yo me rio, porque es importante entender que los entrenamientos funcionales con tu peso corporal y aprendiendo a usar tu peso a tu favor para fortalecer tus musculos, por eso sé que el hacer esto por mi, lo motiva a el a hacerlo en forma de juego y por eso estoy super agradecido🙏😁

A manera de juego hicimos juntos esta rutina y el estaba con más energía, pero yo entrenaba por segunda vez en el día y ya no quería hacer más 😂 son 5 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio, siempre jugando claro, hicimos 4 rondas en total y esto puede servirle a alguien que es principiante o para alguien que quiera entrenar con su hijo, eso si OJO TU tienes que disfrutarlo, ya que si no lo disfrutas tu hijo no lo verá atractivo, espero les guste esto y dediquen tiempo de calidad con sus hijos, este es mi pequeño espacio con mi pequeño
