Rutina de Tren Superior 💪 || Upper Body Routine 💪 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz lunes e inicio de semana, espero que venga cargada de cosas maravillosas para todos!! Por acá ya andamos en casa nuevamente ya que este fin de semana tocó visitar a los papis!! Pero ya aca y por supuesto activa, arrancando la semana con una rutina de tren superior

digamos una rutina "suave" pero al reañizar 4 rondas seguidas la fatiga no se hace esperar asi que no la subestimen!! Es importantisimo fortalecer nuestro tren superior, asi que no dejen de lado esos ejercicios, sobretodo las chicas💪💪 animense
