Hoy les comparto esta rutina sencilla pero poderosa para los gluteos!! Si tienen tobilleras pueden agregarlas para poner un poquito mas de peso!! No habra descanso entre ejercicios, al finalizar la ronda recuperamoa un minuto y continuamos hasta completar las rondas que serian 3 para principiantes y 5 avanzados.

Today I'm sharing with you this simple but powerful routine for the glutes!!! If you have ankle braces you can add them to put a little bit more weight!!! There will be no rest between exercises, at the end of the round we recover one minute and continue to complete the rounds that would be 3 for beginners and 5 advanced.

No inicien la rutina sin su previo calentamiento por supuesto 💪 y vamos con todo por esas metas!!

Do not start the routine without your warm up of course 💪 and let's go all out for those goals!!!
