Que tal amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de una semana super maravillosos con temperaturas mucho más humanas 😂😂 por acá ayer y hoy llovio, y hoy casi se cae el cielo, pero nawara hacía una falta horrible esa lluvia aplacó el super calor!! pero bueno. con calor, con frio, con lluvia ☔ o con sol, en esta casa ase entrena jejeje y hoy más temprano que de costumbre porque el nene comenzó a clases!! asi que hoy les traigo una excelente rutina de hombros que podrán hacer desde sus casitas, con sólo 2 botellas con agua

Vamos a Realizar 4 Rondas SEGUIDAS de cada ejercicio, es decir, sin descanso, les. juro que van a quedar agotados pero con una satisfacción increíble jeje estás rutinas podemos hacerlas fácilmente 2 veces por semana.y skin.sin.duda comenzarán a ver buenos resultados 💪💪 Por lo pronto me despido hasta la próxima Rutina💜
