@milagroscdlrr and this time I want to share with you this combination of exercises that I do when I want to work abdomen and arms at the same time. It's a very efficient routine, since by performing it in a good way and adding more repetitions to the time, it will become a little more complicated but that will help us to maintain 100% concentration and gain more strength in those areas. Without further ado, here I share with you the routine. 😊
