    Routine: 馃憞馃徎
    EJERCICIO #1:1 minuto en Tuck de Plancha (Aguante de 30 segundos 2 veces) x 2 series
    EXERCISE #1: 1 minute Plank Tuck (30 second hold 2 times) x 2 sets

    EJERCICIO #2: Fondos en paralelas con caminata [1 fondo, avanzar hacia el medio sin bajarse de las paralelas para realizar el 2do, avanzar nuevamente para realizar el 3ero. Y regresarse de la misma manera] x 3 series
    EXERCISE #2: Parallel dips with walking [1 dip, move to the middle without getting off the parallel bars to perform the 2nd dip, move again to perform the 3rd dip and return in the same way] x 3 sets

    EJERCICIO #3: Negativas en Pull Ups. (Aguantar m谩ximos segundos arriba y bajar lo m谩s lento que puedas)
    EXERCISE #3: Negative Pull Ups. (Hold maximum seconds up and lower as slow as you can).
