Basically just create a video of yourself doing as many push-ups as you can, upload it to threespeak in the Sports Talk Social community with the tag Sportpushupchallenge, then post a link to your video in the comments of @edprivat's original post. Easy-peasy.
I originally attempted the challenge a few days ago but had to stop from laughing. I made it to about 25 push-up or so before my cat got curious and decided to step in front of the camera and put her butt in my face. I tried again later outdoors but had a similar experience, only this time I made it to only 10 push-ups or so before she sat down directly in front of the camera completely blocking its view from me. Too tired to try again I figured I just have another go at it in the morning. Turns out that not doing any exercise for an extended period of time has an effect on a person though. My chest was so stiff and sore the next day that there was no way I could do any decent amount of push-ups so I had to wait a few day.
Its been three days since that first attempt and I feel pretty good now so here goes!
