          ¡Hola a Todos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una Rutina de Abdominales que realicé en mi casa. Cuando entreno en casa, busco armar una rutina exigente, efectiva y segura. Cuando estoy con la universidad, entreno algunos días en casa y otros en el gym, así que tengo que resolver los entrenamientos, me ha gustado entrenar en la sala de mi casa, ya que estoy acostumbrada a entrenar en Gimnasios

    ! [ENGLISH VERSION] Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you an abs routine that I did at home. When I train at home, I look to put together a challenging, effective and safe routine. When I'm with the university, I train some days at home and some days at the gym, so I have to figure out the workouts, I've enjoyed training in my living room at home, since I'm used to training in gyms.

          La Rutina se trata de 6 ejercicios, de 5 series 10-15-20-25-30 reps:

    • Plancha con Rotación.
    • Escalador
    • Plancha con Toque de Hombro
    • Plancha Alta + Plancha Baja
    • Giros Rusos
