Dear Splinters,
Peace
I pray that your activities in November have started with all the boost that you were expecting.
The ruleset this week focuses on "Taking sides". This ruleset creates many possibilities for battle plans before the game starts.
It was not a simple choice when I submitted my selection. Players in the arena are ready to destroy one another team defense as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
May the best warriors take over in the arena.
Melee Mayhem: Melee attack Monsters can attack from any position

Taking Sides: Neutral Monsters may not be used in battles
Armored Up: All Monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat
Mana Cap
mana-cap-value 43
I brought death-element Warriors to the battlefield. My opponent did the same but there was a problem with the choice of cards present on his side of the board.
DELWYN DRAGONSCALE | Haunted Spirit
Will-o-Wisp | |||
Vampire | Octopider |
--
THADDIUS BROOD | Harklaw
Cursed Windeku | ||||
Lira the Dark | Dhampir Stalker
Silent Sha-vi | Ever-Hungry Skull |
Warriors from both sides were supposed to develop a melee strategy on the battlefield. I surely thought about aligning melee cards on all spots in my team. The weakness of the melee cards could be the counteroffensive organized by the opposite team. Range attacks can protect my line from the thorn's ability or retaliation. I planned to destroy all protection from the enemies and then hit the hardest on the health life point.
My card experiences were significantly higher compared to the opposite side. Despite the difference in level, the opponent played the best possible selection.
My opponent planned to defend with Haunted Spirit while attacking from the back with the magic element. It was a strategy with good results between the first and second rounds but the armor protecting the opponent's cards fell. They lost every "one on one" combat after the protection disappeared.
The outcome of the battle could have been worse if the opponent's strategy was deployed with thorns-equipped summoners or range-repelling abilities.
I would like to thank Splinter Playingthegame for this magnificent battle.
Warm regards
