    Arriba y Variado... Tren Superior Diferente. Hoy vamos a entrenar nuestro tren superior de una forma muy divertida, tenemos tres ejercicios centrales, de los cuales dos son de pie y uno en suelo. Vamos al desarrollo y fortalecimiento de brazos, hombros, pecho, muñecas, siempre manteniendo abdomen y glúteos en tensión para que también se tonifiquen, todo esto mediante el uso de nuestra barra casera, no olvides trabajar con un peso adecuado. No pierdan más tiempo y vengan a disfrutar en carne propia de estos Fabulosos ejercicios. Vamos.

    Up and Varied... Different Upper Body. Today we are going to train our upper body in a very fun way, we have three core exercises, two of which are standing and one on the floor. We are going to develop and strengthen arms, shoulders, chest, wrists, always keeping abdomen and buttocks in tension so that they are also toned, all this by using our homemade bar, do not forget to work with an appropriate weight.     Iniciamos la fase obligatoria de calentamiento para que tu cuerpo, amigo mio esté apto para la acción venidera. Acción imperdible. Calentamiento 1; Nadador. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; brazo y pierna opuesta al frente en salto, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción.

    El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, prensa frontal e inferior, hombros, espalda, brazos, muñecas, pectorales activos. Acción de locura, 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Estación 2, prensa militar, brazos, espalda, hombros, pecho de acero. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, prensa en suelo + puente de glúteos. Tren inferior, espalda, tríceps, hombros, pecho. Miembros de hierro. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
