Hola que tal amigos de @HIVE y familia Street Workout Community Espero motivarlos en el día de hoy con una tarde de Freestyle Calistenia, En esta ocasión tuve la oportunidad de compartir con mi amigo de San Cristóbal @sw-xavi, y sus compañeros de entreno donde tocamos puntos de formación de grupo e integración de Hive. También entrenamos uno combos de dinámicos y de tensión del cual los chicos les envían un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo Tachirense, espero les agrade esta publicación donde se muestra el esfuerzo y la disciplina en superar y desafiar los limites de la gravedad. Espero que puedan superarse a si mismos como cada día intentamos hacerlo en este Deporte poniendo siempre por lo alto el talento Venezolano, donde demostramos que esto es mas que un Deporte. "MAS QUE UN DEPORTE, UNA PASION, UNA VIDA" .

Hello, how are you @HIVE friends and family Street Workout Community I hope to motivate you today with an afternoon of Freestyle Calisthenics, On this occasion I had the opportunity to share with my friend from San Cristóbal @sw-xavi, and his training partners where we touched on group formation and Hive integration points. We also trained a dynamic and tension combo of which the boys send you a cordial greeting and a big hug from Tachirense, I hope you like this publication where the effort and discipline to overcome and defy the limits of gravity is shown. I hope they can surpass themselves as we try to do every day in this Sport, always putting Venezuelan talent on top, where we show that this is more than a Sport. Quiero dar las gracias a todos los miembros de @SWC que han hecho posible mostrar mi contenido a Nivel Nacional e Internacional no tengo palabras de agradecimiento gracias a ustedes cada día mas personas se suman no solo a ver mi contenido sino en compartirlo, también a todos los miembros de @HIVE que dan su valioso tiempo en leer mis publicaciones, compartirlas y comentarlas.
