Greetings dear community of full sport, I am pleased to share once again another video in which I explain a short but effective routine to harden and strengthen the arms, shoulders and expectorals; in this routine I worked with load in repetitions of 15 x 4 series, I hope you enjoy the video where I outline the entire process of my training, I invite you to see the previous video conditioning before an extensive routine of arms.
