Parte del entrenamiento de hoy en el gimnasio 💪🏻

Hola chicos, que tal están? Hoy les traigo un video de alguno de los ejercicios que hice hoy! No es de costumbre grabarme de hecho me da vergüenza pero como hoy trabaje en un lado diferente donde no se la pasa tanta gente, aproveche de hacerlo, además de que esto me sirve para corregir si estoy haciendo bien los ejercicios, obvio también para ver mi cara de cuando ya no aguanto más pero eso es muy aparte jajaja

Hi guys, how are you doing? Today I bring you a video of some of the exercises I did today! I'm not used to record myself, in fact I'm embarrassed but today I worked in a different place where not so many people go, so I took the opportunity to do it, besides this helps me to correct if I'm doing the exercises well, obviously also to see my face when I can't stand it anymore but that's a separate thing hahaha.

Lo cierto de todo es que el gimnasio se está volviendo unos de mis lugares favoritos, saber que estoy haciendo algo por mi bien me llena de mucha alegría, gracias por leerme y verme, les envío un fuerte abrazo y la mejor de las vibras! Quizás más adelante empiece a traer rutinas pero aun me queda mucho por aprender
