¿Que tal comunidad de @fulldeportes?,yo soy @blas-training una vez mas por la comunidad,el dia de hoy les traigo una rutina de funcional,esta es una rutina que le pongo a cualquier alumno o principiante que quiera comenzar a entrenar o a subir el nivel de sus entrenamientos,esta rutina es perfecta para un principiante ya que esta rutina sentara bases para otros ejercicios mas dificiles y este tipo de rutinas nos permitiran conseguir nuestros objetivos.
