This time I will bring you a very good abs and legs routine just for beginner levels. If you haven't started training yet and don't know how, here is the solution to gain core strength in our abs and legs. 🔥📈💪

La rutina que les mostrare hoy será compuesta por tan solo 6 ejercios que la verdad son muy buenos para un incremento de fuerza base en los músculos ya antes mencionados, y lo mejor es que podran realizarla en su casa o en un parque donde suelan ir. También estos ejercios les tonificara un poco esos musculos y tendrán un poco de forma en ellos.💪🔥❤📈

Leg Raises On Floor. 8 Reps/2 Sets.

Aguantes De Plancha. 10 Segs/2 Series.

Plancha Holds. 10 Secs/2 Series.

Tijeras En Suelo Con Aguantes.10 Segs C/U /2 Series.

Scissors On Ground With Holders.10 Secs C/U /2 Series.

Sentadillas. 10 Reps /2 Series.

Squats. 10 Reps /2 Sets.

Sentadillas Intercalada. 10 Reps/2 Series.

Intercalated Squats. 10 Reps/2 Sets.
