    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes! Espero esten genial, muchos ya agarraron vacaciones del ejercicio y hasta de la comida jeje pero como el cuerpo no sabe de dias y hay que darle lo mejor siempre, por acá seguimos activa, aun cuando esté casa de mis padres, donde debo admitir que es el doble de dificil 😂😂 este ambiente de sedentarismo aca es super dificil jajaja sumado al sol que está haciendo y lo rico del aire acondicionado en mi cuarto jajaja pero bueno, la disciplina es eso, hacer lo que tienes que hacer, tengas ganas o no, y asi lo he estado haciendo 💪💪

    Me perdonan el estudio de grabacion, las interrupciones hasta del perro 😂 pero no queria dejar de compartir mis rutinas y mostrar que aun siendo semana santa, seguimos activa por acá!! Hoy les comparto una rutina para cuerpo completo, en la que utilicé un poco de peso usando un bloque que está lleno a la mitad de cemento, asi que aprovechando que pesaba un poco mas, lo utilicé, aunque como comprenderan es mucho mas incomodo que una mancuerna pero se logró el objetivo!! Vamos a realizar 4 rondas de cada uno, descansando 2 minutos al finalizar cada ronda!

    Por supuesto no olviden su calentamiento antes de iniciar, el estiramiento al finalizar y la hidratacion antes durante y despues de entrenar💪💪

I hope you're feeling great, many of you have already taken a vacation from exercise and even food hehe but as the body doesn't know the days and we have to give it the best, here we continue to be active, even when I'm at my parents' house, where I have to admit it's twice as hard 😂😂 this sedentary environment here is super hard hahaha added to the sunshine and the rich air conditioning in my room hahaha but hey, that's discipline, doing what you have to do, whether you feel like it or not, and that's how I've been doing it 💪💪

    Forgive the recording studio, the interruptions even from the dog 😂 but I wanted to share my routines and show that even though it's Holy Week, we're still active here! Today I'm sharing with you a full body routine, in which I used a bit of weight using a block that's half full of cement, so taking advantage of the fact that it weighed a bit more, I used it, although as you understand it's much more uncomfortable than a dumbbell but the goal was achieved!!!! We're going to do 4 sets of each, resting for 2 minutes at the end of each set!

    Of course, don't forget to warm up before you start, stretch at the end and hydrate before, during and after your workout💪💪.
