    Hola amigos espero se encuentren muy bien, para despedir esta semana movida, paso por acá para compartirles una rutina brutal e intensa para trabajar con un par de mancuernas y en formato EMOM (Every minutes on the minutes) que es un formato de Crossfit, donde tienes un minuto para realizar un número determinado de ejercicios y lo que resta para completar el minuto será para el descanso, en esta ocasiones haremos 5 ejercicios en total, tomando 1 minuto para el descanso al completar los 5 ejercicios, vamos a ello 💪🔥

    Hello friends I hope you are very well, to say goodbye to this busy week, I come by to share with you a brutal and intense routine to work with a pair of dumbbells and in EMOM format (Every minutes on the minutes) which is a Crossfit format, where you have one minute to perform a certain number of exercises and what remains to complete the minute will be for rest, in this occasions we will do 5 exercises in total, taking 1 minute for rest when completing the 5 exercises, let's do it 💪🔥.


    Comenzamos con un trabajo de remo cruzado con las mancuernas, son 10 repeticiones en cada brazo, baja tu brazo con la mancuerna al paralelo del pie delantero y hacer el movimiento de remo completo y cambiamos de brazo rápidamente, si tardaste 40 segundos tienes 20 segundos de descanso para continuar 🙌

    We start with a cross rowing work with the dumbbells, are 10 repetitions on each arm, lower your arm with the dumbbell to the parallel of the front foot and do the full rowing movement and we change arms quickly, if you took 40 seconds you have 20 seconds rest to continue 🙌.


    Remo de pecho con mancuernas para continuar, unas 10 repeticiones de forma explosiva para hacer un buen trabajo, manteniendo tu espalda siempre recta, recuerda que el trabajo es con los brazos y sacando el pecho 🔥

    Continuamos con Devil press usando las mancuernas con unas 5 repeticiones explosivas, recuerda que cada ejercicio son 1 minuto y si terminas en unos 30 segundos, son 30 segundos para descansar y continuamos 🏋️

    Continuamos nuestra rutina con Peso Muerto, con 10 repeticiones en el minuto para continuar, con el EMOM aca recuerda que la fatiga puede ser que te ataque, pero manten controlada tu respiración, expulsar por la boca al bajar y respirar por la nariz al subir ✌️

    We continue our routine with Dead Weight, with 10 repetitions in the minute to continue, with the EMOM here remember that fatigue may attack you, but keep your breathing controlled, breathe out through your mouth on the way down and breathe through your nose on the way up ✌️.


    Ahora para terminar algo especial hacemos 5 Burpees y luego en cada ronda hacemos 1 Burpees más, 5,6,7,8,9,10 y así completamos 5 EMOM, dejando 1 minuto para el descanso y completamos los 30 minutos, algo importante, es que esta rutina está más para personas que ya van avanzadas en sus ejercicios, con esto trabajamos en la eficiencia del entrenamiento y en sólo 30 minutos 💪🔥

    Now to finish something special we do 5 Burpees and then in each round we do 1 more Burpees, 5,6,7,7,8,9,10 and so we complete 5 EMOM, leaving 1 minute for rest and we complete the 30 minutes, something important, is that this routine is more for people who already go advanced in their exercises, with this we work on the efficiency of training and in only 30 minutes 💪🔥.
