Pork barbecue or it can be Pork Liempo Barbecue.

Hello everyone! This is the viand that I cook for my family. It is a simple dish that definitely our kids like.

Here are the ingredients:

• one kilo pork or liempo
• minced garlic
• 1 can or cup of coke
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• calamansi or lemon
• ketchup
• 1/3 pork cube
• star margarine or butter
• chilli or hot sauce

How to cook:

Put the pork in a pan, wait until color turns brown. Then add garlic, coke, soy sauce, calamasi and ketchup. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Add pork cube, star margarine and chilli or hot sauce. Taste and adjust. Ready to serve with rice.
