    About :

Happy weekend 3 speakers and food lovers here.

How's everyone? Today I am going to share to you my version of menudo. A Filipino dish that cooked always when there is a feast. But we can served it even for family on ordinary days. This is my son's favorite dish too.

    My own version of menudo.

    Here are the ingredients:

    • Garlic
    • Onion
    • Spring onion
    • Potato
    • Carrots
    • Red or green bell peppe
    • Half or one kilo pork
    • Tomato sauce
    • Tomato paste
    • Soy sauce

    How to cook:

First boil pork for about 10 minutes. Set aside. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes then fry. Set aside. Put oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion. Add pork and cover, cook in low heat. Put tomato paste and tomato sauce. Add soy sauce and one cup water. cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add fried potato and fried carrots. Then bell pepper and spring onion. Cover and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Taste and adjust. Then ready to serve for family.

    That's all for today's vlog.
    Thank you for watching.
    God Bless Us All!
