Cooked vegetables with coconut milk.
This is our viand that I prepared for our lunch. Bicolanos love this dish because of coconut milk and chili of course. It's healthy because of the vegetables.
How to cook:
Sautee garlic, onion and ginger.Add the squash, string beans and coconut milk. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add dried fish and chili to make it spicy. Or up to you if you want it spicy. Simmer until it is cooked.
Then ready to serve.
