Cada ejercicio lo realizo con su tiempo de pausa respectivo, para darle mayor tensión y resistencia en lo que deseo lograr. Se que mi experiencia de atleta es muy poca, pero he aplicado todo lo que me enseñan y con lo que tengo de disponibilidad desde casa. Recuerden también realizar un precalentamiento para evitar lesiones ya que los ejercicios de tensión pueden traer serios problemas a futuro.
I perform each exercise with its respective pause time, to give it greater tension and resistance in what I want to achieve. I know that my experience as an athlete is very little, but I have applied everything they teach me and with what I have available from home. Remember also to warm up to avoid injuries, as tension exercises can cause serious problems in the future.
