Empezaremos con unos ejercicios en las barras paralelas donde tendremos variaciones de fondos para que les sirva de guía a su rutina diaria. Este ejercicio nos ayudarà en conseguir fuerza y resistencia ya que son lo que mayormente trabajan màs en la parte del torso. Espero les guste y cualquier duda recuerden comentar!!🔥
We will start with some exercises on the parallel bars where we will have variations of bottoms to serve as a guide to your daily routine.
