Sería mentira decir que todas las mujeres amamos los días del mes, son días incomodos, de dolor y de inseguridad si se trata de salir al mundo exterior, sin mencionar los cambios hormonales, el hambre, entre otras cosas que suelen variar su intensidad entre unas y otras mujeres. En lo personal me va terrible en esos días, o debo decir “me iba”, porque en mi búsqueda de aligerar la carga emocional y estrés que genera la menstruación descubrí la maravillosa copa menstrual. Sencilla, cómoda y magnifica es mi resumen de ella.
