I think the biggest emotional problems that people experience in life are death and separation. Death, of course, is not an event that we can easily get over and cannot be compared with anything. Although the pain of separation is not as much as death, there are many poems, songs and compositions about a feeling and the pain of separation that affect people for a long time.

In fact, leaving someone or a place activates the emotions in a person and these emotions are reflected in the words. We see it as a poem or a song. The feeling of separation has a great place in the style of music I make. There are dozens of breakup songs I've played and sang, and I know there are hundreds more that I haven't played yet. There is a song that I like very much from the old years. It's called "don't go". The lyrics and melody of the song are integrated with the feeling of separation. İnsanın hayatında yaşadığı en büyük duygusal problemler ölüm ve ayrılık bence. Ölüm, hiç kuşkusuz, kolay atlatabileceğimiz bir hadise değil ve hiç bir şeyle kıyaslanamaz. Ayrılık acısı da ölüm kadar olmasa da insanı uzun süre etkileyen bir duygu ve ayrılık acısı üzerine birçok şiir, şarkı ve beste var.

Aslında birinden veya bir yerden ayrılmak insanın içindeki duyguları harekete geçirir ve harekete geçen bu duygular sözlere yansır. Biz bunu şiir veya şarkı olarak görürüz. Benim yaptığım müzik tarzı içerisinde de ayrılık duygusunun çok büyük bir yeri var. Çalıp söylediğim onlarca ayrılık şarkısı var ve benim henüz çalıp söylemediğim yüzlercesi olduğunu da biliyorum. Eski yıllardan bu tarafa duygusunu çok beğendiğim bir şarkı var. Adı da "gitme". Şarkının sözleri ve melodisi ayrılık duygusu ile bütünleşmiş bir şarkı. Sözlerinin İngilizce tercümesini de ekliyorum.
