    About :

I would have liked to keep a better pre-CAF training, but different situations have prevented me from doing so. I assume that I have been poorly disciplined, but in addition to that, I was very poorly consistent for reasons that escape my hands.

One of the hardest to accept was the pain that I felt in my right calf on March 6th, for which I decided to stop running and rest for a few days. This has affected me directly in the aspect of my performance, but also (and much worse) in my mood. I felt a little sad and annoyed because I know that pain appeared after several days of over-training, to which I unnecessarily exposed myself.

I've barely run 11Km this week, but I'm making an extra effort to get away from that mood and stay focused on the present, in addition to the good things, which are several:

I managed to train with my friend @starwarm, who came to Hive through the Running. I am also very happy to think that he is very enthusiastic about the training and has managed to improve a lot in a very short time.

In addition, other runners have been running longer distances and improving their pace. This seems important to me, because it means the community is fulfilling its original purpose.

The pain of my right calf has disappeared. Now my plan is to workout very nice and slow, be happy, think a lot about the present, be grateful for everything good and patiently wait for Sunday to give the best of me in the race.

My main goal for #CAF is to have fun and enjoy the event without getting an injury, my second goal is to complete the 21Km with a 4:30/Km pace. For me it will be difficult, but I'm sure I'll be happy with just trying.
