Today I will be performing a little magic with Fresh Catfish.
It's actually the rainy season over here and the ocean and river are giving birth to a lot of fishes. Huge ones at That.

The giant catfish was caught at a riverbank close to a little market there. That is where I bought it, at a very cheap price.

In this video i'll be showing you how I prepared this fresh fish with ground melon and okra. I'll make it really spicy because the weather is cold.

Hoy haré un poco de magia con Fresh Catfish.

En realidad, aquí es la temporada de lluvias y el océano y el río están dando a luz a muchos peces. Enormes en Eso.

El bagre gigante fue capturado en la orilla de un río cerca de un pequeño mercado allí. Ahí es donde lo compré, a un precio muy barato.

En este video les mostraré como preparé este pescado fresco con melón molido y okra. Lo haré muy picante porque el clima es frío.
