    Hello wonderful community of @foodeisbeehive it's been a while since I wrote my own personal recipe. So for today let me cooked you something hot even the weather is extremely hot in our place. Just 39-40 degree celsius I wished that extreme heat won't allow to cooked an egg on the roads again. I was like What the!? Well I just see it on tv and I think my reaction is just quite right. Three weeks from now my kids has still no classes the reason El Niño phenomena. Its breaking my brains I can't even maintain writing thousands words a day. I was like a dragon that will exhale fire any time.

    The reason why I cooked this dish is my kids has also colds. I think the weather was the cause and sometimes we need to steady the fans to make them feel better.

    I just finished cooking "Sour Soup Shrimp" except for fish we also caught shrimp in water world. With different sizes too. But since my son sell the big shrimp I'll have the smaller version for my today's post. My son made more $21 just by catching shrimp in his barehands. His father told him that if he just started earlier he will earn more money. Many kids also tried their luck I catching shrimp and because nature is kind they all have their part. Hardship is always the key.

    Ingredients

    1/2 Shrimp (we call this "swahe") but any shrimp will do
    1 medium Onion
    A piece of Ginger
    2 medium Tomatoes
    1 Green Chili
    Radish (optional)
    3 cups of Water
    Seasoning
    2 tablespoon of fish sauce

    I'm sorry I wasn't able to capture all the ingredients but I made a video for today.

    Let's Start

    Wash & sliced the ingredients needed I also trim the shrimps hair. In a casserole I put the onion, ginger, green chili & tomatoes add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Then the shrimp and radish, I add another one cup of water. Cover with the lid after it boils I add the seasoning, fish sauce and powdered tamarind. Cover again and let it simmer and its done. You can see in the video on how the soup changes and turns to red. Its because of the fats and egg of the shrimps. Ria loves the soup it will make feel better and eat plenty too.
