As DAOs (Organizações Autônomas Descentralizadas) representam um novo modelo de tomada de decisão descentralizada que foi possibilitado através da tecnologia blockchain. Utilizando esse novo modelo é possível permitir que os usuários tomem decisões e impactem o direcionamento do projeto (neste caso em específico abordamos sobre o Splinterlands) através do poder de voto que é semelhante às ações com poder de voto das empresas tradicionais, porém tudo é feito utilizando contratos inteligentes e registrado na blockchain.

Irei abordar nesse vídeo de que maneira a DAO é aplicada no Splinterlands e quais são os seus possíveis impactos para o desenvolvimento do jogo. Lembrando que todos nós fazemos parte disso e depois que o Tokenomics do SPS for alterado o impacto será ainda maior pois muitos jogadores serão incentivados à investir em SPS e consequentemente terão seu poder de voto aumentado, portanto é importante que todos entendam como tudo isso funciona e o papel que devemos desempenhar em conjunto para tomar boas decisões.

The DAOs * (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations)** represent a new model of decentralized decision-making that has been made possible through blockchain technology. Using this new model it is possible to allow users to make decisions and impact the project direction (in this specific case we address Splinterlands) through voting power which is similar to voting shares of traditional companies, but everything is done using smart contracts and recorded on the blockchain.

I will cover in this video how DAO is applied in Splinterlands and what are its possible impacts for the game development. Remembering that we are all part of this and after the SPS Tokenomics is changed the impact will be even greater as many players will be encouraged to invest in SPS and consequently have their voting power increased, so it is important that everyone understands how this all works and the role we must play together to make good decisions.
