Hello Everyone and Welcome to Hive Open Mic Week 202, Today I'm especially excited about the song I learned called "He Never Fails Me Yet" originally performed by a wonderful artist named Deitrck Haddon.

Now the theme this week says to "tell a story" along with singing.That's perfect because the lyrics of this gospel tune share a powerful story of faith that I connected with. It tells how even when tough times hit us and everything seems to be falling apart around us, God remains strong and steady like a rock to get us through. I really needed that reminder of hope recently when a member of my family was going through illness and we had money struggles at the start of this year.

During the long stressful days of being there for this my family , I would play this song. The words "he never fails me yet" reminded me that though situations crumbled fast, God hadn't forgotten us. Friends from church all came by to pray fear and tears away until we were.a bot assured of her health(my aunt). The lyrics promising God hears our cries for help and shows up kept proving true in our lives when we leaned into faith.

I think the simple yet powerful repetition of "he never fails me yet" drills God's constant presence into our hearts when they ache most with doubt or worry. We all face dark seasons that scare us at times in this life journey. But like the Bible says, joy comes fresh with morning light. Hardship here on this earth never gets the last word if we trust God's faithfulness.

So the story behind these grateful lyrics gives me strength and comfort to cling to on days when storms rage outside. I hope singing them today reminds you too that no matter what troubles may come, you're not alone or abandoned. Help stands ready to see us through the darkness.
