The best Blueberry Compote you’re ever going to make!!

This compote is something everyones gonna love and it's super easy to make so lets get to it.

And here's what you'll need;

• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/2 cup dried blueberries (I've used the ones The Berry Culture sent over)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (you can add more to taste)
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice and zest
• 1 Tbsp chopped basil
• 1 Tbsp corn flour
• 1/4 cup water

It’s super easy and goes so so well with any dessert! Especially PANCAKES!!
P.S mixing this with mascarpone cheese will be the best thing you'll ever do.
