Hello everyone my friends from @foodiesbeehive welcome back to my blog, today I'm here to bring you a delicious recipe for homemade pumpkin pie or pumpkin as it is called in other places.
I tell you that the pumpkin contains a great amount of vitamins and minerals, whose main vitamin is vitamin A, which can help us strengthen the immune system.
For this recipe everyone has their own particular way of preparing it, I am going to show you through this video the ingredients we will need and the way I prepare it.
Manos a la obra
1/2 kilo auyama o calabaza
1 taza y media de leche líquida
1 taza y media de harina de trigo
1 taza de azúcar (esta puede variar, a mi no me gusta muy dulce)
1 cucharadita de vainilla
3 huevos
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
1/2 kilo pumpkin or squash
1 cup and a half of liquid milk
1 cup and a half of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar (this can vary, I don't like it too sweet)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
