About :
Built in 1842 this homestead was lived in by several families over the decades, who also farmed the surrounding land. The house was left abandoned after the last owner passed away inside the home and then a development company purchased the land in2018 with plans of building townhomes.
My first explore here was in 2019 and the house was completely untouched and since then I have been able to document its slide into decay and vandalism.
