[ESP|ENG] Caminata en la montaña "el pino" - Hiking in the mountain "el pino"

¡Hey gente de Full Deportes!, estoy emocionado, es mi primer vídeo en 3speak, hace algún tiempo que he pensando en un par de proyectos allí, de hecho justo ahora me encuentro haciendo unas modificaciones a mi pc pues mi maquina ya es algo antigua para trabajar algunas herramientas que necesito y claro renderizar correctamente con buenos editores de vídeo, sin embargo con un poco de esfuerzo aún es posible editar y obtener resultados decentes con lo que tengo, quise hacer esto para evaluar de aquí a unos 3 meses cual va a ser mi evolución, desde hace tiempo edito vídeos de rutas de caminatas, de hecho trabaje con la edición de vídeos junto a un pequeño emprendimiento de turismo en el 2017 aquí en mi ciudad, me trajo un par de buenos recuerdos.

I'm excited, this is my first video in 3speak, some time ago I've been thinking about a couple of projects there, in fact right now I'm doing some modifications to my pc because my machine is already a little old to work some tools I need and of course render properly with good video editors, however with a little effort it is still possible to edit and get decent results with what I have, I wanted to do this to evaluate about 3 months from now what is going to be my evolution, I have been editing videos of hiking trails for some time now, in fact I worked with video editing along with a small tourism venture in 2017 here in my city, it brought me a couple of good memories

De allí nació mi amor por el Trekking, me gusta mucho caminar en areas naturales y tengo la fortuna de tener un par de locaciones cerca de mi casa, el año pasado estuve yendo constantemente e intentaba ir en contrareloj, siempre mejorando el tiempo de subida, todo el recorrido son aproximadamente 2.3 km, pero eso si, todo el camino en una pendiente lo cual hace que sea más complicado, en esta oportunidad llegamos a la mitad del recorrido, no he vuelto a hacer nada de cardio y he perdido mucha condición, antes para recorrer estos 2.3 km demoraba unos 24 - 25 minutos, hoy solo llegando hasta la mitad hice casi 20 minutos.

From there was born my love for trekking, I love walking in natural areas and I am fortunate to have a couple of locations near my house, last year I was going constantly and tried to go against the clock, always improving the time of ascent, the entire route is approximately 2. 3 km, but that if, all the way in a slope which makes it more complicated, in this opportunity we arrived to the half of the route, I have not returned to do any cardio and I have lost a lot of condition, before to cross these 2.3 km took about 24 - 25 minutes, today only arriving to the half I did almost 20 minutes.

Si el tiempo esta a mi favor lo que queda de año intentare ir más seguido, me mantiene activo y además me da paz para los días de estrés, lo he dicho antes, cuando me siento muy agobiado intento escapar con este tipo de caminatas. Hoy me acompaño un vecino de los pocos que quedan en mi urbanización, la mayoría se ha ido del país o simplemente se han mudado a otro lugar, ir allí me trae buenos recuerdos de todos ellos porque fueron demasiadas tardes subiendo, especialmente durante los fallos de electricidad el año pasado.

If the weather is in my favor for the rest of the year I will try to go more often, it keeps me active and also gives me peace for stressful days, I have said it before, when I feel very overwhelmed I try to escape with this kind of walks. Today I was accompanied by one of the few neighbors left in my urbanization, most of them have left the country or simply moved to another place, going there brings back good memories of all of them because there were too many afternoons going up, especially during the power failures last year.
